How are these made?
The chimes are hand-cut stained glass. I drill holes in the piece and each of the chimes and then put it all together with stainless steel wire and glass beads. The stainless ensures both strength and durability - all of my pieces can go outside in any weather (although you should bring it indoors during high, sustained winds). We've all had windchimes made with monofilament (fishing line) and become frustrated after they dry rot and break from being exposed to the elements.

How do you ship?
I ship by UPS or US mail, depending on location and customer preference. I always try to ship within 48 hours but it may take a little longer if I'm away at an art show when the order is placed. Always let me know as soon as possible if you have a strict deadline, i.e., a birthday or other gift, or if you require priority or overnight shipping.

Preferred payment method?
I prefer Paypal because it's immediate and your windchime will get to you more quickly. If you wish to pay by check or US postal money order, please mail it within three days. I will have to wait until the personal check clears before shipping, so you may prefer a money order - the post office has very reasonable rates. I'm always happy to combine shipping costs for multiple purchases.
